- 10th Run 2.5 hr
- 12th March filming day for 14 Hour Day TVC and Promo clip
- 14th 1hr Run including outdoor fitness
- 15th Ride 1hr
- 18th Ride 1.5hrs
- 19th Run 2.5hrs with Kathy 45mins of it alone
- 22nd pm set up the 14 Hour Day course – with Richard
- 23rd 8am ocean swim Ncle to breakwall with Council Lifeguard Adam & Luke Of Ncle SLSC. 20 knot south east wind choppy swell-45 mins.
- 24th run 25km including 50min pacemaker Hill to Harbour 10km Fun Run
- 26th am 1 ½ hr ride - pm run and trained with Ncle City Blues AFL
- 28th run and fitness
- 29th am - Ride 2.5hrs - pm – run 20min
- 30th Hunter Valley Vets – cycle ride at Kooragang including tagging along behind racers Max HRate 87% 164, Avg HRate 54% 102 4hr 39min 1563 kcal plus a 1hour coffee and toast at friend’s place - Jane aka mum.
- 31st 55min slow jog fast walk with Melanie - Max HRate 77% 144, Avg HRate 62% 117. 436 kcal
