Eddie’s comment. A near full capacity class with instructor Rachael. Chelsea and I got stuck into this class full on. This was the first RPM Class for Chels and she handled it well and reckons she now has done enough exercise for this year. After the run yesterday her little legs were blown off. We had fun in the class with Rachael as did all other members. A very pleasant Sunday morning RPM.
