Eddie’s comment.  Well wow another great long run with Cath. An awesome crimson sunrise greeted us after 30mins of running. Just one part of the run was not that fab. The part where once again, a cyclist comes riding rather fast up behind us. I really wish they would ride on the road or at the very least, yell out bike behind you. Then we know they are there and we can be cautious and not go throwing our arms about when talking. Could save both parties an injury we do not need.Dsc_3840 I finished up with a great PNF stretching session with Zeon of Fitness @ The Beach.

Easy Run
Lunchtime - Total workout time 46mins.

Eddie’s comment. I beaut easy cruizy run with Vanessa who is looking forward to her swim, bike and run of the 1st leg of each discipline on the 14 hour day on Oct 18th. We chatted about it as we ran over part of the run leg on a fantastic day which was nice and mild today. I got really excited about the event and I look forward to training with more people as they come on board. Bring on Spring and Summer I say. I will be venturing out to Swansea next week to do an undulating ride down to Doyalson and back with Ness.
