Eddie’s comment. A great little fab class with Larissa. The music list was good and I loved it. It was a very intense hard set of riding and she has taken a motivation leaf out of Tony’s book I see. Well done Larissa you’re fab. I went and did a few weights-bending steel and did some Ab work after class. I snuck up on Mark and Darren too who have been cross training and are looking the goods. Cathy came in after her long run and said groovy dude lets throw some weights around and so we did. We ran into Bobby 2 guns as we were kissing ours and I said Cath photo time. She said yeah Bobby and me will compare guns. Bobby cheated and said hang on and proceeded to blow his up bigger via his thumb. Well he
